My Mission

My mission is to make a meaningful impact by helping others enhance self-worth and discover their purpose.  I strive to inspire individuals to lead a balanced, fulfilling life rich in positive experiences, and to realize the importance of personal growth work.

My Qualifications

I am a professional with over two decades of experience in Addiction + Mental Health counselling, with a deep understanding of wellness, crisis intervention, and social services.  I am well-equipped to address various aspects of individuals' welfare.  With a passion for helping individuals increase self-awareness, achieve lasting well-being, and overcome challenges, I am dedicated to providing guidance and support for a happier, healthier life.

My Specialities

I am an internationally certified Drug and Alcohol Counsellor (ICDAC) and employ a trauma-informed approach with knowledge of several modalities including  solution-focused therapy and strengths-based therapy.  I specialize in crisis counselling, assessment, substance use, withdrawal management & treatment, mental health issues including suicidal ideation, women's issues, family, conflict resolution, harm reduction, self-esteem issues, individual counselling, group counselling, and more.
